When I started doing equity work, I was very much stuck in my head, with not much awareness of my body and heart space. That shifted as I began to have friendships with people who were joyful and open, even when doing social justice work. They weren’t afraid to use emojis and explanation marks in emails and texts! 🙂 That slowly opened up my heart, giving me permission to feel into praise, not just grief.
And with my opening heart, I started to slowly build a real relationship with Gaia and to the Spirit realm. To me this means a daily practice of honoring and asking for guidance in how to best be of service, and to do my best to help others connect to themselves and to others.
I have arrived at the belief that there will be no healthy connected culture without each of us doing healing work that includes the emotional, somatic, and spiritual level.
Energetic healing
Sacred Touch is the base modality I work from, and I also integrate a drum bath which most people find very soothing. I am currently in a 6-month mentorship training with Lela Sky.
The purpose is any or all of the following:
- release blocked emotions (noise-making is encouraged!)
- relax the sympathetic nervous system
- find intuitive guidance
- enjoy the feeling of loving human touch
Logistics:
- 1.5 hours, including check-in and closing
- $50-$75 sliding scale or trades

Tarot readings
I love tarot! It an incredible way to access one’s intuition, and receive guidance as well.
